PIB Contractors
PIB Contractors was established in 2004 principally working with main contractors and developers specialising in partitioning, ceilings, externals, screeding, carpentry and fit out packages. PIB acquired Kenmore in 2021 to strategically grow the carpentry offering. The acquisition strengthens both PIB and Kenmore offering to our clients.

Specialising in the carpentry market we offer labour, plant and materials and labour only services across all sectors within the construction industry. Located just off the bustling Kensington High Street, 19 – 27 Young Street consisted of 53 exclusive and exquisite apartments and town houses.
Kenmore scope included the Installation of doorsets, architraves, skirting, shelving units and external wall cladding to terraces.
Working closely with the delivery team the final finishes and install is of the highest quality.

293-295 Old Street
Refurbishment of a tired 1930’s commercial building inclusive of CAT B finishes throughout.
Working closely with the main contractor pre- contract Kenmore secured the soft strip package, structural joists and formation of a flat roof.
Whilst the site was logistically challenging, Kenmore worked closely with all involved providing a quality product.

Located in the heart of Mayfair the development underwent a significant refurbishment, transforming the building into an impressive 40,000 sq. ft grade A office development.
Kenmore scope included the formation of the flat roof and mansard roofs, doorsets, architraves, riser doors and final finishes.
Kenmore engaged early with the main contractor on this logistically challenging site.
